Purity Sang (Mrs. Rotich) is the founder and Senior Partner of P.Sang & Co. Advocates. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) (Hons) acquired at  Moi University and Post graduate Diploma, acquired from Kenya School of Law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of over 3 years standing, within which period, she has undertaken work and achieved in-depth expertise in civil and criminal litigation and innate knowledge and skill in Conveyancing, commercial and corporate law, Family law, (Adoptions, probate and Administration, Trust, wills etc) and Employment law.

As a conveyancer she has been engaged in transfer of properties and she has been involved in advising corporate customers in preparing commercial agreements and privatization of various companies towards more socially and people’s needs driven practice.

 

As a family law lawyer, she is engaged in preparing of wills, wills culminating to trust, Adoptions, drawing and applying letters of Administration, Married Women Property Rights, Child Maintenance and distribution of family Assets.

 

In criminal practice she has undertaken criminal litigation relating top among others road traffic cases, public inquest, Habeas corpus application, criminal appeals and other criminal related proceedings.

 

In employment law, she has engaged in prosecuting and defending employment cases in industrial court.

 

She practice in courts all over the country and is prepared to protect client’s interest anywhere in Kenya and East Africa being registered as members of the East African Bar Association.
